These terms apply to bookings, enquiries and general use of the Turvei website.

If a tour displays specific conditions regarding price, schedule, meeting point, cancellation policy or booking method, that specific information prevails over these general terms.

To complete a booking, you may be required to provide accurate and up-to-date contact details.

Bookings are subject to actual availability and, where applicable, to a confirmation sent by Turvei.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel bookings with incomplete or incorrect details, or details that prevent us from operating the service normally.

Prices published on the website are shown per person, per group or as otherwise indicated for each tour.

Unless stated otherwise, the amount and financial conditions displayed during the booking process are those that apply to the purchase.

Turvei may update prices, content and conditions before a booking is confirmed.

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by the policy stated on each tour's page or during the booking process.

If you do not show up at the meeting point, or arrive too late to join the group, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

If you need to make a change, we recommend writing to info@turvei.com as soon as possible so we can review the available options.

Turvei may modify, reschedule or cancel an activity for operational or safety reasons, weather, force majeure, or because the minimum conditions to run the service are not met.

If an activity cannot take place, we will try to offer a reasonable alternative or the appropriate solution under the conditions applicable to that booking.

Each person is responsible for checking whether the tour is suitable for their personal circumstances, mobility, health and fitness level.

You must follow the guide's reasonable instructions during the experience to protect the group and the normal running of the activity.

Turvei may limit or end a person's participation if their conduct endangers safety, causes serious disruption or prevents the tour from operating.

Turvei is responsible for providing the service under the applicable terms, but not for delays, losses or incidents beyond its reasonable control.

We accept no liability for indirect costs, consequential losses or third-party services booked on your own outside the reservation made on the website.

Where a booking relates to leisure activities with a specific date or period of performance, the general right of withdrawal for distance sales may not apply.

In those cases, the cancellation and change conditions stated for each service are those that govern the booking.
